The Aichi America-Japan Society shall use the members’ personal information only for administration of the AAJS including establishing a register of names and sending program mailings/faxes, etc. The Aichi American-Japan Society shall not provide the members’ personal information to any third party without their permission except in the case of legal disclosure requests or other special reasons.
